Restorative Futures Initiative promotes positive youth development through community-based prevention, restorative practices, and restorative justice-informed approaches. We focus on building skills, resilience, and safe connections for young people across Wisconsin communities. Our programs support schools, families, and local partners with training, facilitation, and evaluation to reduce risk factors and strengthen protective factors. We emphasize collaborative planning, culturally responsive practices, and measurable outcomes to guide continuous improvement and community well-being.
